Best Destination Wedding Resorts of 2012: Dreams La Romana

Having a destination wedding can be like a fairy tale come true. We all dream of the perfect wedding with Prince Charming at our side and, of course, living happily ever after! If you’re considering a destination wedding away and have started your research, you may have found yourself a bit overwhelmed with all the choices and decisions that need to be made. After all, you want your day to be perfect, you want it be different, you want it to be you. So, how do you know it will be your fairy tale wedding? Where is the best all-inclusive destination wedding locale?  I’ve put together some of my favorites…I hope this helps and congratulations!  I hope you enjoy my review of Dreams La Romana.

This family all inclusive resort is located on the South Coast of the island of Hispaniola in the Dominican Republic. It caters to guests of all ages and is set on a beautiful beach with picturesque views of the sea. I chose this resort as one of my favorites for several reasons.

Great Ceremony Locations

The ceremony locations are spectacular with an option for a private ceremony area, a garden gazebo that faces the Caribbean Sea, the beach and even a pier! The décor options allow a personalized look with the wedding packages offering a great value with included reception (also gorgeous set ups for receptions).

Great Wedding Coordinators

The wedding coordinators here are just amazing and they care about you and want your wedding day to be a dream come true. The price is right. Let’s face it, you want a good value and the opportunity to extend a vacation to your friends and family without feeling guilty about the price point.

Something for Everyone

This resort has something for everyone with luxury accommodations, phenomenal dining, a kids club, great pool areas and entertainment.

Great Activities

Outside the resort there are a myriad of activities for you and your guests to participate in. You could take a catamaran cruise to the island of Saona, snorkel or do some cultural or historical tours. I recommend this resort for couples that have guests of all ages attending, or even for an adult only wedding group.

Dreams La Romana does an excellent job with all of their Caribbean wedding packages.
